BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT DEBT COLLECTION SCAMS - There is a fraudulent collection agency SCAM claiming to be representing some lenders, us included. The easiest way to determine if they are legitimate is to have them supply you with a signed copy of the loan document showing your debt. They are required by law to show proof of your debt. DO NOT send funds or give your credit card information to any collector until you have proof. If they refuse or cannot supply docuements, you are probably victim of a fraud and we would recommend that you report this telephone fraud to the Federal Trade Commison by clicking FTC.
